Mr. Byron recognizes the need for expert witnesses in the legal field of negligence involving government agencies such as fire and police departments. Too often their failures and incompetence cause persons harm and there is no answering due to their actions either being overlooked or not recognized.

Discovery and identification by investigators / consultants of those fire or police employees that fail in their responsibilities and purpose can someday help restore the public's faith in receiving professional services for the large taxes they pay.

The 'brotherhood' of firefighters and police officers should not hide behind fear of exposure of those members that do not fulfill their obligation of which they are being paid or are incompetent in their duties.
