latent fingerprint
Mr. Byron recognizes the need for expert witnesses
in the legal field of negligence involving government agencies
such as fire and police departments. Too often their failures
and incompetence cause persons harm and there is no answering
due to their actions either being overlooked or not recognized.
Discovery and identification by investigators
/ consultants of those fire or police employees that fail
in their responsibilities and purpose can someday help restore
the public's faith in receiving professional services for
the large taxes they pay.
The 'brotherhood' of firefighters
and police officers should not hide behind fear of exposure
of those members that do not fulfill their obligation of
which they are being paid or are incompetent in their duties.

accident vehicle route examination
Examination
of the incident or crime details by an expert witness or consultant
can reveal evidence previously overlooked.
Knowing what to look
for as well as recognizing failure of standards being met
is crucial. |

police car towed into evidence
Examination of law
enforcement vehicle along with evidence at the scene of the
accident and witness reports can many times tell a different
story than found in the officer's written report. |
Evidence is mishandled
many times but unless errors are recognized they go un-noticed.
Many forensic and latent evidence items
are subjective and based upon less than 100% certainty. Using
expert witness and consultant legal support can make a difference |
